Step 1. No-Wait Reception Upon entering Francis Collision Centre, you will be requested to fill out a simple claim form and await your damage estimate. Damage Appraisal Your automobile's damage appraisal (estimate) will be administered by state-of-the-art computer generated software. Claim Review Our repair advisor will submit the claim to your insurance company and acquire authorization for repairs. Once authorized, the repair advisor will go over the claim with you and give you an estimate of how long the repair process will take. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Step 4. Car Rental Service Francis Collision Centre can arrange your car rental in the convienence and comfort of our office while you wait. We hope this will help ease the inconvienence that usually goes along with the repair process. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Step 5. Tear Down & Inspection Your vehicle is torn down and carefully inspected by our damage inspector, revealing any hidden damage, then prepared for repairs. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Step 6. Frame or Unibody Inspection & Repair Our state-of-the-art Car-O-Liner Frame System will make the necess ary frame repairs to exact factory toleraces. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Step 7. Metal Work Repairs to your automobiles sheet metal will be performed by highly trained technicians using industry leading equipment. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Step 8. Vehicle Reassembly When all the necessary repairs to your vehicle are completed, the automobile is reassembled to factory standards. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Step 9. Automobile Refinishing Sherwin-Williams automotive finishes and clearcoats are applied in our state-of-the-art downdraft spray-bake booths. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Step 10.
