We were in a car accident and our insurance asked if we’d like for them to recommend a place to have our car fixed and they sent us to Francis Collision centre. I can not be more happy. They did an amazing job on my car. Looks like new again. Everyone is very nice, friendly and helpful. While my car was at there shop they made sure to keep in contact with me and let me know how my car was coming along. I was also receiving text messages as to what was being done to my car and when it would be ready. I would definitely recommend this place.
Great repair shop!! They have taken care of 2 of my vehicles after accidents. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Very helpful if you need to set up a rental car also!

Amazing job. My car was done before it was projected to be done. The staff was amazing. They stayed in contact with me the entire time. The work on my car is amazing. Went to Francis Collision after my front grill fell off due to a small piece of my front bumper breaking on a road trip. They were quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Amazing customer service. They got me in and gave me an estimate within the week and got me on the schedule in the next few weeks. Front bumper and grill look seamless thanks to their great work!
Took my car in last week for repairs, when I picked it up on Friday I noticed some scratches on the roof that were not there when I took it in, so showed it to Jesse and he said no problem, bring it in next week and I'll take care of it. Took it in on Tues. and 4 hrs later they had it done, perfectly. I have been using Francis for over 20 years and have always been perfectly satisfied with their work and any follow up, if their was any questions. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends, knowing that they will step up to satisfy the customer. My catalytic converter was stolen on December 16, they towed the same day! Took a little longer because of the holidays but they were very professional. Would definitely recommend

Had my car broken in to three times twice they stole it and went on and messed up my windshild. Got all my repairs done each time here and they were able to detail the inside because who knows what they were doing in my car. Thanks for the attention to details.

I had a great experience with Francis Collision Center. They were always very polite and professional. My car was vandalized and needed to be buffed out and painted. They did a good job fixing it, I just wished they would've buffed the hood out as well.

This place is amazing. The delivery of customer service is excellent the desk staff are great at keeping you updated, and extremely nice. Kevin was my estimator and was very professional, respectful, confident, helpful, and listens which is a great skill for customer satisfaction. I got my car before the due date. The quality work at this places is amazing!!!!! I am really happy I was sent here for my car to be repaired. Kevin deserves a big pay increase. He is an asset to this company! We had a great experience at Francis Collision. The front staff was very helpful and good at keeping us updated on the status of our vehicle and estimated completion date. They also sent us updates over text which I liked. They were quick and responsive any time I called as well. The repairs were excellent too. We had Kevin helping us. When we went to pick up our car there were some additional areas needing fixing and they took the car back to fix. We worked with them through our insurance and they handled all of that which was very nice.
