I've taken my Subaru in on two different occasions now and am satisfied with all repairs and especially the paint work. The turn-around time to get my car back was two weeks on both occasions. The wait is long but it's well worth the wait for high quality shop repairs. The ladies up front are kind and professional and the guy I was working with (Kevin) was also transparent, kind and professional. This is the place to go if you want your vehicle repaired the right way.
Left my car for a few weeks and it looked like nothing ever happened when they were done!!! Customer service was amazing! My only gripe was that my car ( brand new) was given back to me dirty when I dropped it off clean.
We have always taken our vehicles to Francis Collision Centre. This past year, my daughter was rear ended and I was hit in a parking lot. We took our vehicles to Francis Collision Centre and received the most professional and courteous service. They went out of their way to help us, and did it so promptly. I just got my car back and considering all the damage it had I was very pleased with how it was restored back to brand new the way when I first bought it. The girl's at the front desk are very friendly and make you feel comfortable. This is a great place to have your car repaired.
This place is amazing. The delivery of customer service is excellent the desk staff are great at keeping you updated, and extremely nice. Kevin was my estimator and was very professional, respectful, confident, helpful, and listens which is a great skill for customer satisfaction. I got my car before the due date. The quality work at this places is amazing!!!!! I am really happy I was sent here for my car to be repaired. Kevin deserves a big pay increase. He is an asset to this company! I had a great experience working with Francis Collision Center in Fresno. I was in a minor fender bender, and these guys did an excellent job getting my car back in perfect condition. The communication along the way was wonderful, and it was finished when they said… In fact, a day early. I am completely satisfied with the Francis collision center staff. The two ladies at the front desk are incredibly nice also! I highly recommend this place for all of your auto body repair needs!
I cannot stop saying how much I absolutely love Francis Collision Center and their team! Wonderful mechanics, cool as heck, ladies at front desk are super nice, helpful and personable. If I ever need repairs, I know I can trust/rely on them, and always will. They will treat your vehicle, like it was their own and if there is any issue after you receive your car back, they fix it quick. I called and was asked if I could bring it in at that exact moment, it was only a very minor, unimportant issue but they treated it with urgency and I simply love it. Thank you Francis!! And thank you for my shirt! That was awesome as well 🥰 the extent of damage done to my vehicle, I thought it would never see the road again, cosmetic was nothing, it was all under the car that was jacked.

I’ve been in a few accidents from major to minor damage and I’ve always trusted my repairs to Francis Collision. They are fast, friendly, and do an amazing job. They will always be my first stop shop!
Having to have my dad have an unfortunate accicendent. I took his car here and was treated extremely well, all my questions and concerns were addressed. I felt very informed daily with the text messages I received. My repairs were delayed only because the incorrect part was delivered which was immediately rectified and was only delayed by 1 day. I would bring my car back to be repaired here, as I have had no unexpected issues. They were also in constant contact with my Insurance agent and completed all necessary paperwork. There were no hidden costs as the quoted price at the end of the repairs ended being less then originally stated.
In the stressful experience of a car accident, it’s nice to be able to rely on a business like Francis to provide excellent service and keep you updated throughout the repair process. Everyone is extremely friendly and they do great work. I take my car there every time I’m in an accident. Would definitely recommend!
