Having to have my dad have an unfortunate accicendent. I took his car here and was treated extremely well, all my questions and concerns were addressed. I felt very informed daily with the text messages I received. My repairs were delayed only because the incorrect part was delivered which was immediately rectified and was only delayed by 1 day. I would bring my car back to be repaired here, as I have had no unexpected issues. They were also in constant contact with my Insurance agent and completed all necessary paperwork. There were no hidden costs as the quoted price at the end of the repairs ended being less then originally stated.

I took my car there for repair, I was hit in the back. It took about a month but I figured since they had to order parts and such. My car looks as good as it did before! I like that they keep you updated weekly. I would definitely go there again.

I cannot stop saying how much I absolutely love Francis Collision Center and their team! Wonderful mechanics, cool as heck, ladies at front desk are super nice, helpful and personable. If I ever need repairs, I know I can trust/rely on them, and always will. They will treat your vehicle, like it was their own and if there is any issue after you receive your car back, they fix it quick. I called and was asked if I could bring it in at that exact moment, it was only a very minor, unimportant issue but they treated it with urgency and I simply love it. Thank you Francis!! Best work in the shortest amount of time.. they went up and beyond what was required to make my vehicle look amazing after somebody hit the back passenger side door completely destroying it! Mike and the ladies up front are awesome to work with and easy to communicate with! 100% recommend them!
