We had a great experience at Francis Collision. The front staff was very helpful and good at keeping us updated on the status of our vehicle and estimated completion date. They also sent us updates over text which I liked. They were quick and responsive any time I called as well. The repairs were excellent too. We had Kevin helping us. When we went to pick up our car there were some additional areas needing fixing and they took the car back to fix. We worked with them through our insurance and they handled all of that which was very nice.
Was referred to by my sister. Staff was friendly and my car was ready within the estimated time. A little bonus they vacuumed my car, made my day!

I've had my Volvo in there twice now for two separate repairs. On both occasions I was treated with extreme courtesy and respect. And throughout the repair I was kept up to date with the progress of the repair. Turnaround time was quick, and they worked seamlessly with my car insurance. The side of my car was swiped so it had a pretty good amount of damage to it, my Geico insurance referred me here and I couldn’t be more happier! Francis Collision Centre had my car for a short two weeks and I just picked it up today! I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and friendly the front desk and overall staff was! In addition, the office was very clean and organized, I felt very comfortable being there. When it was ready to be picked up it looked brand new! They even washed it for me!
